This guy is a cutie! He looks more like a tortoise to me. There are some nice details in his carving along with the lines of the mineral. This is a relatively new stone found in Argentina, South America. He is 4 inches long from nose to tail tip. He is a hair under 2 inches high and 2 3/4 inches aross.
